In the Overview tab of every survey, there’s a chart that highlights how scores have trended over time.
Instead of just seeing a single score at one point in time, the chart allows you to spot trends, such as improvements or declines in customer satisfaction, helping you make better decisions based on the data. It’s useful for identifying patterns, spotting potential issues early, and tracking the impact of any changes or initiatives you’ve implemented.
By default, the chart shows scores on a weekly basis. If you want to see them monthly, simply choose “Monthly” from the dropdown, and the chart will update instantly. This makes it easier to understand trends across different periods.
