2. Prerequisites

Before you invite a team member to Sondar.ai, it’s important to note that only users with admin privileges can send invitations. This ensures that only authorized users can manage team access and permissions.

How to Check if You Have Admin Access

If you’re unsure whether you have admin rights, follow these steps:

  1. Log into Sondar.ai and navigate to the Team tab in Settings.

  2. Look for your name among a list of Team Members.

  3. If your role is listed as Admin, you can invite new members. If you see a different role (such as Member), you won’t be able to send invitations.

What to Do If You’re Not an Admin

If you don’t have admin access but need to invite a team member, reach out to an existing admin on your team. You can:

• Ask a current admin to send the invitation on your behalf.

• Request admin permissions if your role requires managing team access.
